Business and financial plots

Decile analysis becomes useful when statistical ranking is translated into an
operational decision.

Response and cumulative response
   Show where positive responses concentrate as more ranked cases are selected.

Lift and cumulative gain
   Compare a model-guided selection with a random baseline.

Costs, revenue, profit, and ROI
   Combine selection counts with explicit fixed costs, variable costs and
   per-unit profit assumptions.

Financial plots are scenario calculations, not accounting records. Keep units,
currency, time horizon, treatment capacity, and cost assumptions alongside the
figure. Highlighting a chosen ntile is useful only when the selection policy is
actually constrained to that portion of the ranked population.
