SufficiencySignals#

class scikitplot.corpus.SufficiencySignals(retrieval_succeeded, provenance_complete, independent_evidence, required_entities_covered, subquestions_answered, graph_path_found, conflicts_detected)[source]#

The seven deterministic signals, computed before any model judgement.

Notes

independent_evidence counts distinct doc_id. A document found by two legs counts once, not twice: rank fusion scores it higher, which is right for ranking and wrong for counting independence (decision DEC-85).

Parameters:
  • retrieval_succeeded (bool)

  • provenance_complete (bool)

  • independent_evidence (int)

  • required_entities_covered (bool)

  • subquestions_answered (bool)

  • graph_path_found (bool)

  • conflicts_detected (bool)

provenance_complete: bool[source]#
required_entities_covered: bool[source]#
retrieval_succeeded: bool[source]#
subquestions_answered: bool[source]#
sufficient(*, min_evidence=2)[source]#

Whether the evidence is deterministically sufficient.

Parameters:

min_evidence (int)

Return type:

bool

to_dict()[source]#

Return a JSON-compatible mapping.

Return type:

dict[str, Any]
