Return the Stability tier of a public API symbol.

Parameters:

namestr

A public symbol name (must be in the package __all__).

Returns:

Stability

The symbol’s stability tier.

Raises:

KeyError

If name is not a public symbol of scikitplot.cython.

Parameters:
